Refund policy

At Zorba Food, we strive to deliver high-quality food products to our customers. Since our products are consumable in nature, all items are non-returnable.However, we do offer refund or replacement under the following conditions:

 Eligible Cases

        1. Wrong Product Delivered

           If you receive a product different from what you ordered:
  • You can request a replacement or refund (as per your preference)

2. Damaged Product

If the product is received in a damaged condition:
  • You must share clear images of the damaged product
  • After verification, we will provide a refund or replacement

    Important Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted
  • Products once delivered cannot be returned

 To request a refund or replacement:
  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order details
    • Issue description
    • Images (if damaged)
